If you are not satisfied with your purchases, simply contact Samuell Day Gallery to alert us to the return by calling (508)362-0175 or by sending us an email at sales@samuelldaygallery.com Please retain the original shipping box and packaging. These can be reused for returns, or may be inspected by the shipping company if items have been damaged in transit. Please package the item(s) carefully, as only non-damaged items are accepted for return and you are responsible for damage in return shipping. Please provide proper insurance for returned items.
From the date of receipt, you must contact us within 2 days and return the item(s) within 5 days to be eligible for a refund (in the same manner of payment). Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items.
Custom orders
A custom order is an order for unique, one-of-a-kind or customized item. These orders require a 50% deposit, and the balance upon shipment. All shipping costs and up-charges are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For all orders, shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. Charges shown online are for standard shipping to addresses within the continental U.S.. Please contact us for other shipping quotes, including oversize, international or express shipping. |
